The deadline for announcements to be promoted during the Sunday Service is the prior Monday at 10:00AM.
Due to limited space in the bulletin, we reserve the right to prioritize the content and may need to cut this promotion short in order to accommodate more urgent information.
Once submitted, the request will be routed to the BBC Graphic Media Designer (GMD) and a BBC Ministerial Staff Member, who will screen for any potential calendar/church conflicts.
Once approved, the GMD will create graphic and post in all applicable media outlets on Thursday of the same week, or per the requested schedule.
