*Ministry Teams of Interest

Nursery/Preschool - Works with the youngest members of our church family (infants through Pre-K)

Mother's Day Out (MDO) - Offers a Christian environment and a safe place for children to learn/ socialize and play

Children - Works with children from Kindergarten through 5th grade

Students - Works with students from 6th through 12th grades

Women's Ministry - Reach women for Christ by challenging them to a deeper relationship with God

Men's Ministry - Provides development of personal relationships with one another and equips them as disciples of Christ and spiritual leaders

Marriage and Family - Reinforcing the health of a Christ-centered marriage through events/ small groups and counseling

Foster and Adoption - Educate/ support and encourage those families God has called into adopting and fostering and to teach the church how to surround and encapsulate these families

Missions - Works to spread the Gospel locally and in foreign countries

Counseling - Provides Biblical centered counseling services

Audio/Visual and Worship Team - Provides audio/ visual and music support for worship services

Benevolence - Provides financial/ emotional and physical support to people in need

Building and Grounds - Maintains the facilities and equipment on the Church grounds including mission houses

Fellowship - Provides food and drinks for activities and events on campus

Flower and Decorating Team - Provides seasonal flowers and decorations in the church

Hospitality - Provides meals for BBC members who have had a recent crisis

Kitchen - Coordinates kitchen resources and Wednesday Night meals

Nominating - Recommends staffing of volunteers to fill leadership positions

Outreach - Creates opportunities for spreading the Gospel in our community

Photography - Takes pictures of services and events that occur on campus

Personnel - Assists the Church in all matters relating to paid employees

Security Team - Provides a secure and safe environment on our campus

Small Group Leaders - Education arm of the Church who trains/ equips and advances the knowledge of believers

Stewardship - Guides and directs the Church in all matters pertaining to stewardship and giving

Upward Basketball - Introduces coaches/ children and their families to Jesus Christ by creating opportunities to serve through sports

Ushers and Greeters - Provides a Christlike welcome and guides attendees
